Use of information.
Information may be used to respond to requests, maintain CRM records, document source and relationship history, improve the site, and send relevant communications where permitted.
Third parties.
Final production may use CRM, analytics, hosting, email, scheduling, storage, and investor-portal vendors. Sensitive accreditation, identity, tax, bank, or wire documents should not be submitted through public forms.
Portal materials.
Invite-code portal materials are stored outside the public website build and are served only through controlled routes. Access records, downloads, and session behavior may be logged for security, compliance, and investor-relations purposes.
